Controlling bad breath

Bad breath can be embarrassing, but primarily it can be a symptom for an impending dental ailment. While you should immediately consult a doctor in such cases, you can start taking some preventive measures at home, which include:
- Drinking plenty of water, minimum 2 to 3 liters per day
- Brushing your teeth after every meal that can help reduce the floss and the plaque
- Gargling with warm water and baking soda
- Eating yoghurt that can help in killing the harmful bacteria causing bad breath
- Green tea is another antidote for bad breath. It is advisable to drink at least one cup every day.
